JaM Roofing & Construction is a locally owned and operated company based in Flower Mound, Texas. The company believes in taking care of its employees, taking care of its customers, delivering honest quality, and having fun.
The two owners came to roofing from other careers. Jeff Sallee spent nine years with the Carrollton Police Department, then three years as an insurance adjuster at Texas Farm Bureau, where he specialized in roofing claims before a roofing company made him its general manager in 2018. Matt Burnham spent more than 23 years with a local police department as a patrol officer, field training officer, drone pilot, hostage negotiator and detective.
The company handles roofing and the trades that go with an insurance claim, from the first inspection through to the last repair, and keeps the customer in the loop with the insurance company throughout. A portion of its proceeds supports local first responders, schools and youth sports.
